8 ACTIVE WEEKS - 8 LIFESTYLE CHANGING HABITS

Develop new healthy habits each week while training in a supportive small group designed to introduce you to workouts programmed to build strength, lose weight & inches, and promote a healthy lifestyle. You will also receive nutritional guidance and accountability through a weekly food log.

You will leave the challenge feeling more confident and energized so you can take on any class or training session at the gym!
