Extreme Race Training

Are you, or do you want to be a tough, muddy, wall climbing, fire jumping, warrior? Attack those extreme obstacle course races and adventure races by getting in peak performance shape. This class will prepare you for your toughest challenges and help you better your personal time, every time! Through a series of cardio and strength training circuits our tough trainers will push you to your limit.
